Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D3) in business administration, accounting, finance, or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in related field would be preferable.
  • Knowledge of AR/AP principles, thorough understanding of the applicable AR/AP system, financial chart of accounts, and procedures.
  • Highly proficient in Ms. Offices, especially Excel.
  • Trustworthy
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work in a team

Responsibilities:

  • Processing premium collection from customer.
  • Price to sales ratio calculation.
  • Account payable & account receivable processing and monitoring.
  • Invoice processing and monitoring.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly finance report

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 year of working experience as freight forwarding operation
  • Knowledge of import regulations and procedures (Customs, HS codes, Incoterms)
  • Fluent English communication skill
  • Micro office skill (Excel)
  • Recommend: PPJK License

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Ocean Import & Export monitoring and handling
  • Track import/export status and reporting daily basis
  • Communicate with Liner, vendor and customer

Qualifications:

  • Having experience as sales/marketing is preferable.
  • Customer oriented with a focus on developing and maintaining customers relationships. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, English is preferred.
  • Proficiency in presenting and negotiating with customers. 
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Collaborative attitude to work effectively with internal teams. 
  • Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers in domestic transportation/export import services (freight forwarding).
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers as well as establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers. 
  • Work closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure the best service and pricing. 
  • Maintain detailed sales records and reports, tracking progress and achieve sales target. 
  • Prepare and submit work reports & sales achievement reports.
